📱 Big news from Samsung! They've ditched titanium in the new Galaxy S26 Ultra and opted for aluminum instead. This shift wasn’t exactly explained during the Unpacked 2026 event, but the result is a sleeker and lighter phone, measuring in at just 7.9 mm thick and weighing 214 grams. That’s a mere 0.3 mm and four grams lighter than its predecessor, the S25 Ultra.
Who knew choosing phone materials could feel like a dramatic plot twist? It’s like Samsung decided aluminum is the new black! What do you think of this switch?
Are we ready for a lighter phone, or are we just going to miss saying "titanium" in casual conversation? 🤔
