Les cortèges de l’acte III de la colère sociale, qui ont réuni entre 320.000 et 500.000 personnes, se sont généralement déroulés dans le calme. Mais des affrontements ont éclaté dans plusieurs grandes villes en fin d’après-midi, notamment à Paris, Lyon et Marseille. Un peu avant 22h, les forces de l’ordre ont interpellé 565 personnes. Le ministre de l’Intérieur a dénoncé « la violence inouïe » de certains casseurs.
